* Warranty is valid only with a purchase of a maintenance package. Without the maintenance package, or if the buyer removes shade cloth independently, the warranty will be void.

A maintenance service is available to aid in the longevity of the shades. For an annual fee we will take down the shade cloth (not the structure) before winter. The shade cloths are stored at Play Clean’s secure climate-controlled storage facility. Upon arrival at the storage facility the shade cloth is inspected for deficiencies, power-washed and then thoroughly dried before being placed on a commercial racking system for storage. No solution is used for cleaning and the cloths are not individually wrapped to avoid mold. The cloths are then reinstalled in the spring.
